Professor Emeritus of Economics at George Mason University and Nobel Laureate, James M. Buchanan will be presented with the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Fund for the Study of Spontaneous Orders. Fellow Nobel Laureates, Amartya Sen and Elinor Ostrom, will participate in a panel discussion with Dr. Buchanan. Reception will immediately follow the panel and award ceremony. This event is co-hosted by the Fund for the Study of Spontaneous Orders, Liberty Fund, George Mason University’s Economics Department and the Mercatus Center.
